About Us
CFE acts as an independent owner-side technical advisor in energy and electrical infrastructure projects.
We work with Finnish and international clients on grid connections, 110–400 kV substations and overhead lines, BESS projects, renewable energy and data centre electrical infrastructure.
At CFE, an expert's work is rarely limited to just one technical task or one phase of a project.
A Grid Specialist sees not only the grid connection itself, but also the interfaces with substations, engineering and construction. A Project Manager works close to the client's decision-making. An HSE Specialist can influence safety before construction even begins. A Site Supervisor acts as the owner's technical representative on site. An early-career professional gets to see how a major project comes together and progresses from the very beginning of their career.
You don't need to know everything.
We are looking for people who know their own field – or want to become highly skilled in it – and who are also interested in understanding the bigger picture around it.
