2. What kind of supervision tasks have you been involved in recently?

I have been closely involved in renewable energy projects, such as the construction of wind and solar farms. My work especially includes supervising the construction of 110–400 kV transmission lines in these projects. The tasks are highly diverse, and working with international clients and contractors gives a great opportunity to develop language skills and collaborate with professionals from all over the world.

3. What do you enjoy most about supervision work?

The best part is the versatility of the work and meeting a wide variety of people throughout the projects. It is rewarding to see large entities being completed according to plan and contributing to a more sustainable and cleaner future.

Experts and their ability to take responsibility are genuinely valued here, but no one is left alone. The team supports you at every stage. Everyday work runs smoothly because communication works and we have a strong, positive working culture. Here you can focus on what truly matters.

5. What would you say to someone considering applying to CFE as a transmission line supervisor?

If you are a hands‑on person and want to join the frontline of renewable energy, do not hesitate to apply.
